Who This Program Is For
This program is designed for parents of children ages 1–6 who:
- Eat a very limited variety of foods
- Refuse new textures, temperatures, or mixed foods
- Gag, spit out, or melt down when presented with new foods
- Feel anxious, frustrated, or unsure how to help
- Want guidance while waiting for feeding therapy or EI services
- Want OT-informed, sensory-based strategies they can implement at home
🚫 This program is not for tube feeding, significant medical feeding disorders, or swallowing safety concerns.
